Gratitude and What's Next

For founders, executives, and creators who want to lead with vision, not noise

Hi My Friends and Supporters,

Thanksgiving week always brings me back to gratitude—and this year, I'm feeling it more than ever.

You've probably heard that gratitude is good for you, but it's worth repeating: it literally rewires your brain to think more positively. It helps you feel less stressed and anxious, boosts your mood naturally, and makes you happier overall.

Plus, when you show appreciation to others, it strengthens your relationships and helps you handle whatever life throws your way.

I'm grateful for my health, my family, my friends, my clients, and my community.

And I'm especially grateful for getting clear on my personal mission:

To inspire others to become the best version of themselves and supporting entrepreneurs and business owners and leaders to realize their full potential

You can read more about my journey and my life's vision.

This clarity didn't happen overnight. I spent 17 years building a consulting practice, bootstrapped a business from $0 to $25M in 5 years, and led a $100M global operation at woom. Almost two years ago, I successfully transitioned all my operational responsibilities to an incredible team—and they're now having the best year in woom's history.

That transition has given me something priceless: the freedom to do what I love most—give back and help others.

Here's what that looks like right now:

1. Advisory & Coaching Practice
I work one-on-one with business owners and executives who are ready to level up. I keep my practice intentionally small to ensure deep, meaningful work—and I currently have room for two more clients.

2. Men's Transition & Optimization Coaching
I support business owners and leaders through personalized, customized programs during difficult times of transition—helping them transform into a more fulfilled life. I am accepting new clients into my program now.

3. Birthing of Giants Program
I'm the Regional Cohort Leader for this transformative program—and I'm building my first cohort right here in Austin, Texas starting with an info session in January 2026.

I'm hosting my first in-person info session on January 15th in Austin to share more about the program and answer questions. The first cohort will launch in February 2026 with an amazing group of leaders ready to take their businesses—and themselves—to the next level.

Reflecting on My Recent Event:

An Evening of Women Founders and Community

Wednesday night at The New Modern Austin Residences Penthouse was electric with possibility and connection. From the moment guests stepped into that stunning 53rd floor penthouse, you could feel something special unfolding. The energy in the room was palpable—14 female founders, each with their own incredible story, mingling with 50 supporters who genuinely cared about seeing them succeed.

Five founders took the stage and captivated the audience with raw, authentic stories about their entrepreneurial journeys.

Thank you for being part of my community. Your support means more than you know.

Wishing you and yours a beautiful Thanksgiving,

Mathias

Gratitude: Reflecting on an Evening of Women Founders and Community

Celebrating Women's Founders Reflecting on an Evening of Women Founders and Community Wednesday night at The Modern was one of those evenings I'll carry with me for a long time. Not because everything went perfectly. Not because we had the biggest crowd or the fanciest setup. But because of what happened when we all showed up—14 female founders, 5 brave enough to take the stage, and around 50 people who chose to spend their evening supporting something real. The Power of Showing Up I'm...

In 2019, my company hit $15M in revenue. Inc. 5000. 742% growth rate. Press coverage. The whole nine yards. From the outside, I was crushing it. Inside, I was drowning in questions I couldn't ask anyone: Should I take institutional capital or stay bootstrapped? Is my leadership team capable of scaling to $50M? What decisions am I making today that are killing my exit valuation? My team had opinions but no experience at this scale. My advisors had frameworks but no scars. My successful friends...

Both in New York. That ended September 30th when the Texas Stock Exchange got SEC approval, backed by BlackRock, Citadel, and Charles Schwab. Goldman Sachs is moving...
