Lead with Purpose

My updates for founders, executives, and creators who want to lead with vision, not noise

Issue #48 April 23, 2026

I want to share something I have never put into a newsletter before.

A few years ago, after going through a divorce and a season of real personal upheaval, I found myself asking a question I could not outrun: why does none of this feel like enough?

That question sent me into the deepest period of self-study of my life. I got certified as a Spiritual Coach through Awakened Academy. I became a CDC Certified Divorce Coach. I read, I studied, I did the inner work. And through all of it, one theme kept surfacing.

Energy.

Not productivity. Not hustle. A genuine understanding of what fuels you, what drains you, and how to show up as your best self consistently, as a parent, a leader, a partner, a human being.

These tools changed things for me. I started weaving them into my 1:1 intensive coaching and mentoring sessions, and I kept watching the same shift happen in clients. Clearer. Less stuck. Showing up differently.

I kept thinking: more people need access to this.

So I built it into a program. This is not the full picture of everything I do with clients. It is a foundation. A starting point. My attempt to make these tools available to more people than I can work with one on one.

It is called Energy for Peak Performers - The Foundations Course. Here is what it includes:

- 16 lessons with workbooks and self-work exercises built in

- Coverage of relationships, meaningful work, meditation, journaling, sleep, nutrition, and movement

- Fully self-paced. About 30 minutes a day gets you through it in a couple of weeks, faster or slower depending on what works for you

- Lifetime access, so you can return to any module whenever you need it

- Direct access to me if questions come up along the way

It is $197, one-time. And if you go through it and do not feel it was worth your investment, I will refund you in full.

Here is the thing I have learned about self-study though: knowing something and actually doing the work are two different things. That is why I also offer a coaching option. One 60-minute 1:1 session with me every month, where we work through your results, your obstacles, and what is actually getting in the way. That is $297/month and you can cancel anytime.

Sometimes having someone in your corner makes all the difference.

Energy for Peak Performers is where most people start. For those ready to go deeper, I work with a small number of clients privately through my advisory and coaching programs. If that sounds like you, let's talk.

Just reply. I read all my emails.

Lead with Purpose My updates for founders, executives, and creators who want to lead with vision, not noise Issue #61 • May 30, 2026 In my last broadcast I wrote about building real friendships. Going first. Showing up repeatedly. Dropping the armor. But here is the part I did not say clearly enough. Not at all costs. Because before you go adding new people to your life, it is worth taking an honest look at who is already in it. Some of the people closest to you -- friends, family, colleagues...

Lead with Purpose My updates for founders, executives, and creators who want to lead with vision, not noise Issue #60 • May 29, 2026 Last week I wrote about building real friendships. About initiation, repetition, small honesty, and the armor most high achievers wear that quietly keeps people at arm's length. A lot of you wrote back. Some of it was relief -- "finally someone said this." Some of it was sadness. A few people were honest enough to say they read the whole thing and still did not...

Lead with Purpose My updates for founders, executives, and creators who want to lead with vision, not noise Issue #59 • May 27, 2026 Last week I wrote about friendships being the lowest score on the wheel of life (Link here) Almost every time. Almost every person. A lot of you reached out. Which told me two things: it landed because it was true, and most people have no idea what to actually do about it. So this week, not just the diagnosis. The practice. But first, one thing to the person...
